Coaching for overwhelm, burnout & life transitions
You Don't Have to Keep Carrying This Alone
If you feel exhausted on the inside, like you've tried everything and nothing has truly changed, coaching can help you feel lighter, clearer, and more like yourself again.
- Compassionate, considered support
- A calm, grounded space where you can finally exhale
- Thoughtful support for overwhelm, burnout, and life transitions
Clients often say they feel more understood, clearer, and less alone after getting started.

When You've Been Holding It Together for Too Long
You may look capable from the outside. You may be the one who keeps going, keeps coping, keeps showing up. But inside, it can feel very different.
You may be noticing:
- Overthinking, worry, and a mind that won't slow down
- Burnout, exhaustion, and never really feeling caught up
- Emotional heaviness, numbness, or feeling disconnected
- People-pleasing, perfectionism, or always carrying too much
- Trying self-help, coping strategies, or even working with a therapist before—and still feeling stuck
You do not need to be in crisis to deserve support. You do not have to wait until things get worse.
This May Feel Different
This isn't about fixing you—because you're not broken. It's about helping you understand what's weighing on you, soften the patterns that keep hurting, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have felt buried under stress, pressure, or survival mode.
If you've tried therapy or coaching before and left feeling analyzed, stuck, or unchanged, this work is designed to feel more human, more grounded, and more relieving.
Many clients begin to feel more clarity, emotional lightness, or inner steadiness earlier than expected.

Your Guide
Emily Parolin
I'm a coach with a clinical background — I previously practiced as a Registered Psychotherapist before stepping away from regulated practice to focus on coaching. The training and lived experience inform how I work, but this isn't therapy, and I'm not your therapist. I help people move out of overwhelm and into more clarity, relief, and self-trust. My approach is warm, considered, and grounded in real change — especially for people who have tried other caring, well-meaning things but still haven't found what truly helps.
You are the expert on your life. My role is to help you feel safe enough to understand what's happening, support meaningful change, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady and real.
